LA RAMBLA!!



Parish church of nuestra señora de la asuncion

It dates back to the Middle ages, the church today can be dated from the sixteenth century, when construction of the magnificent plateresque, work Hernan Ruiz. The church is neoclassical.


Calvary chapel

In the seventeeth century the chapel was rebuilt many times.The last modification was made in 1843 by Pedro of castileand it is conseidered of neoclassical style.



Tower of nuns 

Built in the eighteeth century. It is made with a baroque style, the tower is a work of Francisco Ambrossio.



Conventual church oh the holy spirit


Founded by King Pedro I of castile on 25 Mach 1353.Current 
contruccion dating from the nineteeenth century and has gothic style.

For his situation in the countryside, La Rambla has taken advantage of the Mediterranean rilofia.

The festive calendar starts on December 5 with the ride of their Majesties The Magi from the East, followed by Carnival, Holy Week and then our rambleña which is one of the most festive events importantes.En May, two large local festivals are celebrated tradition , day 3 the feast of the cross. On the 15th the pilgrimage is held in honor of S.Isidro Labrador.
Undoubtedly the most important festive event is the Fair and Festivals in honos to San Lorenzo, patron of La Rambla.
Other activities of great tourist interest are the Descent of crazy cars.
